1. Introduction
Welcome to Goals Oriented Toolkit (got)! Goals Oriented Toolkit is an app that helps users set, plan, and achieve their goals by providing a simple, organized framework to track progress, break tasks into actionable steps, and evaluate performance. By using Goals Oriented Toolkit, you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the app. Goals Oriented Toolkit is owned and operated by The App Collective - BM Aplicativos LTDA.
2. License and Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Goals Oriented Toolkit in compliance with these ToS. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes and will follow all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
Goals Oriented Toolkit offers a premium subscription service available on a monthly or yearly auto-renewable basis.
- Fees: Subscription fees are displayed within the app at the time of purchase and are processed via Apple’s App Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Payment: Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscription fees are billed through the payment method associated with your Apple ID.
- Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for future periods.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscriptions. Please refer to Apple’s refund policy for more details on requesting a refund through the App Store.
4. User-Generated Content
You may upload content such as wishlists, reviews, or savings goals. By uploading content, you grant Goals Oriented Toolkit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify your content for the purpose of operating the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree not to post anything that violates the rights of others or is unlawful.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the app’s code.
- Use Goals Oriented Toolkit for any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purpose.
- Engage in any behavior that violates the intellectual property rights of Goals Oriented Toolkit or third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided on Goals Oriented Toolkit, including but not limited to designs, text, and code, are the intellectual property of Goals Oriented Toolkit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from the app without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Goals Oriented Toolkit is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Goals Oriented Toolkit will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goals Oriented Toolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the app. Goals Oriented Toolkit’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months for the subscription.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to Goals Oriented Toolkit at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these ToS. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these ToS will cease immediately.
10. Governing Law
These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these ToS or the use of Goals Oriented Toolkit will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these ToS from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Goals Oriented Toolkit after the changes are effective means you accept the revised ToS.
